New Color Coded Status Labels have been added to customer viewing pages. This update changes the way status information is displayed, so that a color is associated with a specific status. This update also adds tabs that display additional information such as associated tickets, services, and orders from a customer.
Master Accounts, Service Accounts and Service Instances all have statuses associated with them in the SOLID System. The most common examples of available status are: lead, active, inactive, suspended, and terminated.
These have been historically displayed on SOLID’s front end as text only. The update adds color coded labels to display the account status.
Color Coded Status Labels are labels that display the status of an account inside a colored text area that reflects the status of that account. For example, for active accounts, the label is colored green (as depicted above).

To view the sub-accounts of a given customer, click the contracts tab shown below:
The sub-accounts now also have their status displayed with color coded labels as shown above.
Let’s consider the case where the user is suspended:
Both sub-accounts and are also suspended and color coded red.
For a customer with an inactive account:
Hiding and Showing Inactive Accounts
By default, under the contracts tab, only active accounts are displayed. For this example we select a customer with 2 sub-accounts, one active and one inactive.
To see inactive accounts you need to click Show Inactive, next to the New Contract button.
If you are looking at both active and inactive sub-accounts as seen below, press the Hide Inactive Button to go back to the default mode of only showing active accounts:
Viewing Service Instance and Tabs with customer information:
To view a service instance of a customer click on the contract that you wish to analyze. A window will pop up.
