SOLIDitech scored a 5-star 83% for overall customer satisfaction in a recent survey. Of course, that doesn’t by any means suggest that we are going to rest on our laurels. In fact, it motivates our teams and lets us know we’re on the right track.

Our customers’ success is our success. Our purpose as a business is “To engineer great and pragmatic billing and business automation software” and our core values place our customers first, above both staff and shareholders.
As such, customer satisfaction is paramount to the continued development of our automation platform, SOLID.
During the month of February 2017 we ran a customer satisfaction survey, delivered to our entire customer base through various channels, including: email, SOLID Help – our support site, as well as via direct communication and promotion by our staff.
After collecting and analyzing the results we were extremely happy with the outcome. Bottom line – Our platform is solving daily challenges for our customers and they are seeing massive benefits from using SOLID (and that makes us happy).
